What I dont understand is that Unison have supported a rejection of 2.5% in the public sector but have welcomed 2.75% for the health sector.
I suppose that .25% is an absolutely mindblowing amount of money which just swung things eh ? |

what's the difference? anyone working directly for an NHS trust is in the public sector too.
